1. Do you sell your Wishing Wells/Treasure Chests?
Nepean Wishing Wells only provides the hire of all items. At this point in time, we do not sell any of our Wishing Wells/Treasure Chests. Most of our products are exclusively made for Nepean Wishing Wells and you wont find most of our items elsewhere.
2. Can I have a Wishing Well/Treasure Chest delivered to a venue?
At this point in time, Nepean Wishing Wells cannot deliver Wishing Wells or Treasure Chests direct to a non-hirer's address (for example, Wedding Reception venue, Community Hall etc etc) unless the hirer is at the said location to personally collect the item(s). The reason for this is because the hirer is responsible for the item(s) at all times and Wedding Reception Venues WILL NOT take ownership or responsibility for item(s) left at their venues. Nepean Wishing Wells also needs to meet with the hirer to hand over any keys for the padlock to the Well or Chest and to sign any documentation.
3. Do you have a showroom or store where I can view the Wishing Wells/Treasure Chests?
Nepean Wishing Wells is run as a small privately owned business from the premises of our own residence. We operate Nepean Wishing Wells solely as an online company and from time to time, have a small selection of our items on display at local Wedding Exhibitions. At this point in time, we do not have a store or showroom where clients can see our items. Having said this, we plan to have one in the future.
4. Can I get a quote without having to book a Wishing Well/Treasure Chest?
Nepean Wishing Wells can provide you with a detailed quote of your hired item(s) with any additional fee's such as Security Bond, accessories and delivery/pick up charges. Quotes can be obtained by submitting a quote request online from our 'How to Hire' page. You are under no obligation whatsoever to book with Nepean Wishing Wells if you choose to have a quote provided to you. All quotes will be emailed direct to the hirer and are valid for a seven (7) day period. If you choose to then proceed with your booking, Nepean Wishing Wells will then send you a Tax Invoice on how to process any payments.
5. Do you service any other area than Sydney Metropolitan?
At this stage, we operate across Sydney of New South Wales. From October 2010, we will have another branch set up in Country New South Wales. Delivery rates do apply. There are a large range of Wishing Well Hire Companies across Australia that maybe able to service your local area. Contact us for a quote on delivery today.
6. Can I pay by cash?
Yes. Nepean Wishing Wells only accepts cash upon arrangement. Only when no other payment methods exists for the client. We accept PayPal, Australian Post Money Order and Direct Deposit. Personal/Company Cheques will be declined.
7. How much of my booking fee do you donate to Starlight Foundation Australia?
We donate 10% of the booking fee direct to the 2010 Christmas Appeal for the Children's Starlight Foundation. A full disclose of all monies donated to Starlight will be announced in December 2010 on our website. Nepean Wishing Wells has direct authorisation to collect monies on behalf of the Starlight Foundation. Authorisation granted from: 10/02/2010 to 14/01/2011. Registration / Sanction Number: 1002. Event Details: % of sales throughout the year will be donated towards the 2010 Christmas Appeal. Event Venue: Online. Date of Event: 5/02/2010 to 31/12/2010 Nature of Donation: % of sales. This sanction is granted subject to strict compliance with the provisions of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991, Charitable Fundraising Regulations 2003 and Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901.
8. What sizes are the Wishing Wells/Treasure Chests?
All sizes of our items are displayed on our website. Simply click on the photo of the Wishing Well or Treasure Chest and this will take you to a product information page. From here, you'll see detailed information on the item, sizes in centimeters and more photos.
9. How do I know that I'm dealing with a business I can trust?
We run a tight ship here at Nepean Wishing Wells and the client always comes first. We are an Active registered Company with Australian Taxation Office since the Twentieth Day of the second month, two thousand and nine. ABN: 68 286 237 347. Nepean Wishing Wells is a registered business name in accordance with the Business Names Act 2002. The business name being lodged with the New South Wales Office of Fair Trading, BN98476870.
As the provider, we will issue you with an itemised Tax Invoice for all payments made to Nepean Wishing Wells for hired items. This will be your proof of purchase. We are a proud Starlight Supporter. This sanction is granted subject to strict compliance with the provisions of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991, Charitable Fundraising Regulations 2003 and Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901.

10. I wish to buy a Gift Voucher for a friend/family member who would love to hire a Wishing Well/Treasure Chest?
We offer Gift Vouchers of any amounts to clients who wish to purchase them. Simply contact us for further information. Gift Vouchers are mailed direct to clients at no extra charge and valid for a period of 12 months.
